Tubes are a bit larger compared to the Basic colors.
The clarity is a bit lower but we have many middle colors so starters can take advantage of ease of color mixing.
The characteristic of minimum muddiness by color mixing is the same as Basic sets.
The thickness of pigments that make the fundamental colors are approximately the same as regular paints.
(Basic colors are 3 times that of regular paints).
The paint when dried on the pallet can be used as concentrated paint.
